T.J. Maxx Feedback Survey
- Provide feedback in regards to a purchase made at T.J. Maxx
- The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete and once completed customers will be entered into a sweepstakes drawing
- The T.J. Maxx sweepstakes draw will feature a grand prize consisting of a $500 T.J. Maxx gift card
The T.J. Maxx Feedback survey requires the customer to have the survey number along with the date and time of purchase (all of which can be found on the T.J. Maxx customer receipt). The T.J. Max Feedback code will be 10 digits long and located just above the bar code on the customer receipt (the date and time of purchase will be found just below the bar code on the T.J. Maxx customer receipt). The Service Management Group will be responsible for gathering and reporting all the feedback via the customer survey to T.J. Maxx store managers.
T.J. Maxx Feedback survey sweepstakes?
- At the end of the survey customers will have the chance to enter a sweepstakes drawing
- The sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older and T.J. Maxx employees are NOT allowed to enter
- No purchase is required to enter (see more about how to enter without making a costly purchase below)
- Winners will have 10 days to claim their $500 gift card
- Some winners may be asked to complete a variety of forms to claim the prize (in this case the winner will have 14 days to return the required documentation)
Contestants can enter the $500 T.J. Maxx gift card sweepstakes without purchase by writing to: T.J. Maxx Customer satisfaction Sweepstakes, 90 Rockwood Place, Rochester NY, 14610. The contestant must have the entry mailed in order to be received by the 5th day of the month to participate in the prize draw for the previous month. The contestant must also include a 3×5 index card with their name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth with proper postage.
T.J. Maxx Feedback Customer Survey Sweepstakes winners are not allowed to exchange the gift card for cash or sell the card for a profit. All taxes associated with the $500 T.J. Maxx gift card are the responsiblity of the winner.
