Credit Assurance provides customers with a three bureau (Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax) credit report 45 days after filing a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy.

My Horizon Refund Policy:
- To start a My Horizon refund, customers are asked to email refund@myhorizontoday.com with the words “Refund Request” in the subject and include their order number, the name of the product being returned, and name and telephone number of the customer

My Horizon Financial does have a refund policy, which is limited to 30 days from the time of the first payment. If a course from My Horizon has been completed, or a credit report has already been issued, no refund will be given.
