TellOilCanHenrys.com is operated by the Service Management Group and all feedback will be kept confidential.  The feedback will only be used to increase the customer service at the local Oil Can Henry’s in question and the feedback will be used to make decisions in regards to employment (bad feedback could result in an Oil Can Henry’s employee being fired).  In order to take the survey customers will need the Oil Can Henry’s store number, invoice number, date of purchase, and time of purchase (all of which can be found on the purchase receipt).  Those who accidentally tossed the receipt in the trash can may want to consider dumpster diving in order to take the survey (assuming it’s not covered in last nights pasta sauce).  Both the invoice number and Oil Can Henry’s store number will be 6 digits long.
