Prizes to be given away via the Rite Aid Pharmacy Cares $1000 sweepstakes survey include One (1) Grand Prize and ten (10) First Prizes will be available to be won each Survey Period during the Sweepstakes. The Rite Aid Pharmacy grand prize will come in the form of $1,000 cash to be awarded in the form of a check and the first place prizes consist of $100 cash to be awarded in the form of a check (all prizes are subject to state and federal taxes).
