Willies Cares will take about 5 minutes to complete and employees will not be looked down upon as long as they are giving 100% honest feedback. Employees who do not take the survey will have no one to blame but themselves if they are not happy with their current working conditions at Willies. In order to take the survey Willies employees will need the 4 digit store number in which they work (employees who do not know their store number will want to ask their manager in charge).
