Norton Set Up

• The Norton setup site is the easiest way for people who have purchased a Norton product to get it running and to register a Norton product online
• Customers will need an Internet connected computer and they will need to have their Norton product key to fully register and activate a Norton product

• Target Corp Team Member portal is a free web site that is required for all Target employees to find tax records and documents, Target employee training material, and more
• Target employees who are visiting the Target Team Member portal web page for the first time will need to set up a new account before they can access the site
• The Target Corp Team Members web site is an employee self-service portal that lets Target employees have access to their tax forms, plus access to other Target forms and documents.

Employees of Target who have lost or misplaced a their Target Paperless Employee User Identification will need to use their Social Security Number and the Date of Birth to retrieve their  ID. To reset a Paperless Employee account password, an employee will have to provide their User ID. The Target team member web site is only accessible by current employees of Target, and any access by someone who is not a current Target employee may be punishable by law.

• Bloomin Brands Benefits is a web page for employees of Bloomin Brands (Outback, Carrabba’s, Bonefish Grill, and Flemings) to access their employee benefits like insurance and 401(k)
• Workers can use Bloomin Brands Benefits to find a physician that accepts their insurance, change their insurance elections, and sign up for new coverage

School Calls TCPA Settlement

• Obtain more details in regards to the class action lawsuit entitled Valladares v. Blackboard Connect Inc. and Blackboard Inc.
• This is another run of the mill class action lawsuit related to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act
• The lead plaintiff in the case is named as Rafael Valladares

The School Calls TCPA Settlement class members claim that the defendants (aka Blackboard Inc. and Blackboard Connect) made unsolicited, prerecorded voice calls and texts to their cell phones which was in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.  The lead plaintiff Rafael Valladares filed the class action lawsuit back in May of 2016 when he got sick and tired of receiving numerous text message via the Chicago elementary school.  According the School Calls TCPA Settlement documents “Valladares contends that he is not a parent of any child attending the school and repeatedly attempted to discontinue the school calls by contacting the school and explaining that the telephone number Blackboard was calling did not belong to a parent of a child attending the school”.
