Carrier IQ Settlement

Trans Card Gift

• Customers who have a gift card issued by Trans Gift Card can visit their online portal to enter their gift card number and check the balance, view recent transactions, and more
• To log in, customers will need to enter the card number on the front of their Trans gift card, along with the administration number, which is the number that is printed on the bottom right hand corner of the back of the card
• Once funds have been added to a TransCard gift card, they’re available to the customer immediately

Most Transcard gift cards do have a 4 digit PIN for security. This PIN is issued when customers receive their card, but customers do have the option to select a new PIN. Many ATM locations will charge a fee for an “out of network” card like a TransCard, but TransCard does not charge their own cash withdrawal fee. There is, however, a limit of $500 per cash withdrawal per day for a TransCard gift card. Since a TransCard is not attached to a bank account, there is no minimum balance required.  Through a “subscription” based model, clients of TransCard have to pay out only a little to get their promotion started.

• To begin getting the best movies and TV shows from Epix, customers will need to activate their device first
• Customers who have added Epix to their cable package also have access to take their Epix on the go with other devices
• To activate Epix, customers will need to choose the device they want to stream content on, and then log in to their account and enter a special access code

Bio Applicant NJ Forms

• To change a New Jersey fingerprint appointment, applicants will just need their Applicant ID number, their name, and their date of birth
• Applicants that want to schedule a new NJ IdentoGO appointment will need to make sure they have a form from their employer stating that fingerprinting is necessary for their specific position
• The entire New Jersey biofingerprint appointment should take no more than 10 minutes

People applying for certain jobs in the state of New Jersey will have to complete a bio-fingerprint application to ensure the maximum level of security. To set up a new appointment to be fingerprinted in New Jersey, applicants will need to have the “Universal Fingerprint Form” from their employer showing that a fingerprint is required. The applicant’s employer will also need to fill out the top portion of the form. In most instances, an appointment is available to be scheduled within 10 days.

• Once the form is filled out with the applicant’s name, weight and height, age, and address, they will need to pay for their appointment online with a credit/debit card or e-check
• When the paperwork is complete and payment made, an appointment can be scheduled

Applicants having a New Jersey bio fingerprint processed will need to make sure they bring proper identification to their appointment. In most cases, this is a stats issued drivers license. Most military identifications and foreign passports do not meet the specific requirements and cannot be used.
